Users can request deletion of their VIDU ONE account and associated personal data by contacting us.
How to request account deletion

Please include:
- Full name
- Registered mobile number
- Registered email address
- Reason for deletion, optional
What data will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize:

- Uploaded documents
- Credit report analysis records
- App activity records related to the user account
Data that may be retained
